材料:

鸡蛋 – 3粒
紫薯泥 – 120克
牛奶 – 40毫升
面粉 – 40克
盐 – 2克
做法:

  1. 紫薯去皮切成小块,入蒸锅蒸熟。

  2. 蒸熟后装进保鲜袋,用擀面杖擀成泥。

  3. 准备食材,鸡蛋三个,紫薯泥120克,纯牛奶40毫升,面粉40克,盐2克。

  4. 鸡蛋、面粉、盐、牛奶混合在一起搅拌均匀。

  5. 加热锅,刷上一层食用油,倒入蛋糊,迅速拿起锅转一圈让蛋糊均匀摊平。

  6. 待蛋糊表面凝固时转小火或者直接先关火,把紫薯均匀的涂在蛋饼上,涂紫薯的速度要快哦,如果捣完的紫薯泥太干,可以加少量牛奶搅拌均匀,这样更好涂在蛋饼上。

  7. 蛋饼从下往上卷起。

  8. 利用锅中的余温或者小火加热直至卷完整个蛋卷。

  9. 出锅切成小块,每切完一块都要把刀表面擦干净,否则黏在刀上的紫薯会粘到蛋皮上。
