材料:
鸡蛋 – 4 粒
椰浆 – 400ML
幼糖 – 300G(不适甜者,可减至250G)
PANDAN叶 – 12 片

做法:

  1. 把切碎的PANDAN叶加入100ml椰浆,倒入搅拌机(BLENDER)搅碎,然后过滤,备用
  2. 把剩下的椰浆倒入白钢锅 (先别开火),将鸡蛋稍微打散再倒入锅里 (这里就可以开大火了),最后倒入幼糖搅拌均匀至糖融化 。(当糖融化完了就可以转至小火了)
  3. 将刚才备用已搅碎的PANDAN汁倒入锅里一起搅拌,直到KAYA浓稠为止就完成咯
  4. 待冷了才放入冰箱里 (KAYA放入冰箱还会在稠一点,所以可以不用煮的太过浓稠)
