Return Policy

No cancellation after purchase.

Goods that are found spoilt or broken are returnable or refundable and require your immediate action to contact our customer service.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase (damaged or wrong item/type/shade/etc), we will resolve your problems by contacting our customer service.

  • Damaged items must be returned together with their original box and receipt.
  • Items bought during promotional events (e.g. Anniversary or X’MAS) are not eligible for return and exchange.

Kindly contact our customer service before returning the items otherwise the request will not be processed. Your return item will be assigned to a courier of our choice. Please provide us with the tracking number for the returned parcel.

What will I get back after returning the item(s)?

You may choose to refund or receive the same item as your purchase. Please give us around 14 working days to receive the returned items.

What about postage charges?

  1. Notification will only be provided after 24 hours, and neither the merchant nor the courier will offer any compensation.
  2.  If there are any issues with the product, it must be returned within 7 days for processing. Any requests beyond this timeframe will not be accepted.
  3. As our products are sold at factory prices, the shipping costs for returns and exchanges must be borne by the customer.

How can I return my purchase?

Kindly contact our customer services about your inquiries with the subject “Return Item”. To ensure a smoother process and for recording purposes, please include:

  1. Pictures of your items
  2. Description of your items’ condition
  3. Your order details

We will assist you as soon as possible or the latest within 2 working days.

How long will it take to receive my refund/new item(s)?

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within seven (7) calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. We encourage our customers to try the product in the first three days after their purchase to ensure it fits their needs.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the payment method you used during the purchase with minimum merchant charges. Do note that vouchers cannot be changed into cash terms.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after seven (7) calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund. Please allow a minimum of 14 working days from the date we receive your return package.
