➤ Pork Boston Butt 梅花肉 – 350g
➤ Salted Egg Yolk 咸蛋黄 – 8个
➤ Shredded Onion 洋葱丝 – 适量
➤ Garlic Slices 蒜片 – 适量
➤ Char Siew Sauce 叉烧酱 – 3勺
➤ Oyster Sauce 蚝油 – 1勺
➤ Soy Sauce 生抽 – 1勺
➤ Dark Soy Sauce 老抽 – 1勺
➤ Honey 蜂蜜 – 2勺
➤ Cooking Wine 料酒 – 1勺

1️⃣ 先用牙签在梅花肉上面扎几下,以让梅花肉更加入味。
2️⃣ 在梅花肉中间用剪刀剪开一个洞,用到划开一下,在肉的中间塞满咸蛋黄,再用牙签封口。
3️⃣ 然后来腌制,放入洋葱丝,蒜片,姜片,叉烧酱,蚝油,生抽,老抽,蜂蜜和料酒,全部搅拌均匀,腌制两个小时。
4️⃣ 腌制好的咸蛋黄叉烧就可以放入空气炸烤箱,功能选择“上下管发热”,180度烤30分钟。
5️⃣ 然后取出翻面,搽一层剩余的腌制酱汁,再180度烤10分钟。
6️⃣ 烧烤好的咸蛋黄叉烧切开,煮热剩余的腌制酱汁作为叉烧酱汁,这样独特的咸蛋黄叉烧就制作完成啦!
